Naturally, we offer you a maintenance and calibration service for our products, even those that are now no longer on sale. As part of the maintenance service, we test batteries and chargers at no cost. In addition, we also update the operating systems of devices as part of the maintenance service to reflect the latest version available. Finally, we also update the electronic board as far as is required.

Even when devices are superseded by newer versions, we continue to offer support for the corresponding PC software. For example, for the IM5005 ionometer, which was no longer on sale from 2007, the PC software is still updated in 2010 to the current Windows operating system.

For the calibration of our devices, we use measurement devices, which are either calibrated or DKD-calibrated (www.dkd.eu). This allows us to offer you a high quality calibration service.
